Ubizen

Ubizen (Euronext: UBIZ) was a leading provider of managed security services to Fortune 500 companies. Kennet led the acquisition of Ubizen from the Euronext market in a take-private transaction with Apax Partners in early 2004. Ubizen was acquired in May 2004 by Betrusted Inc, which is now part of Verizon.
