Anila is the Operations and Investor Relations Manager at Kennet.
Anila is responsible for fundraising efforts, office operations and administrative support across all activities of the firm.
Previously, Anila was an Executive Assistant at KKR in the Credit & Markets team and an Executive Assistant/ Junior Accountant at Kennet before transitioning into her current role.
Anila holds a B.A. Honours in Journalism from the University for the Creative Arts and a Foundation Certificate in Accounting (AAT).
Before joining Kennet, Edward worked as a Chartered Accountant at Dixon Wilson in London.
Edward also holds an BSc degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham.
Josh is a Finance Associate at Kennet, providing support across fund and management group finance and reporting, and assisting with ad-hoc transactional work.
Before joining Kennet, Joshua worked as an Audit Associate at Grant Thornton in London, where he gained assurance experience across a range of clients.
Joshua holds a first-class degree in History from the University of Cambridge (2024) and is a part-qualified Chartered Accountant working towards full ACA qualification with the ICAEW.
Cillian has a decade of experience investing and advising technology companies across Europe and the US. His exited deals include Caption Health (acquired by GE Healthcare), Swrve (acquired by MessageGears), Nuvia (acquired by Qualcomm), Atlantic Therapeutics (acquired by Caldera Medical), Semsysco (acquired by Lam Research) and Decawave (acquired by Qorvo).
Cillian currently leads Kennet portfolio companies Screendragon (work management platform for marketing teams), Grip (event management software) and ABA English (English language learning software). He also sits on the board of eStoremedia (eCommerce analytics platform), Fluid Topics (content delivery platform) and Scoro (professional services automation platform).
Before Kennet, Cillian was an Investor at Atlantic Bridge where he focused on Enterprise SaaS and Deep Tech investments across US, China and Europe and was an Associate at IBI Corporate Finance (now DC Advisory) where he focused on Financial Services and Technology M&A.
Cillian is a CFA Charter holder and received a First-Class Honours BSc in Economics & Finance from University College Dublin.
Joe joined Impartner at the time of Kennet IV’s investment. Joe’s record includes growing businesses and generating tremendous returns during his 25 years in high technology. As CEO at WatchGuard, he successfully turned around the revenue declining and loss-making business, creating a profitable and growing company with vastly improved technology and market position. Prior to joining WatchGuard, Joe was CEO of LANDesk Software, an Intel spin-off, where he grew the company by 150 percent in four years. He sold LANDesk Software in 2007,generating an 11x return for investors. Prior to LANDesk, Wangwas founder and CEO of 20/20 Software. He successfully grew the company and then sold to Symantec, generating a 10x return for his investors.
Emanuel is a serial entrepreneur who has helped start andscale a number of businesses in the Fintech arena. He is currently Executive Chairman of Livingstone, a Software Asset Management company based in London, having held the position since 2013. He was previously a founding shareholder in Cadis and became their chairman in 2011. The business was sold to Markit in June 2012. In the 1990s he started the company Monis, a Kennet portfolio company, which was sold to SunGard in 2002. He then spent eight years at SunGard, first as President of the Trading Software group and then of the Alternative Investments segment. Emanuel has a LLB Law from the London School of Economics and an MBA from London Business School.
