His exited deals include Caption Health (acquired by GE Healthcare), Swrve (acquired by MessageGears), Nuvia (acquired by Qualcomm), Atlantic Therapeutics (acquired by Caldera Medical), Semsysco (acquired by Lam Research) and Decawave (acquired by Qorvo).
Cillian currently leads Kennet portfolio companies Screendragon (work management platform for marketing teams), Grip (event management software) and ABA English (English language learning software). He also sits on the board of eStoremedia (eCommerce analytics platform), Fluid Topics (content delivery platform) and Scoro (professional services automation platform).
Before Kennet, Cillian was an Investor at Atlantic Bridge where he focused on Enterprise SaaS and Deep Tech investments across US, China and Europe and was an Associate at IBI Corporate Finance (now DC Advisory) where he focused on Financial Services and Technology M&A.
Cillian is a CFA Charter holder and received a First-Class Honours BSc in Economics & Finance from University College Dublin.
Regina Riojas, Associate, Silicon Valley
Prior to joining Savant in 2024, Regina was an Associate at Mainsail Partners, a growth equity investor. Earlier, she held investment banking analyst roles at RBC Capital markets and Barclays. Regina earned an Industrial Engineering degree at Tec de Monterrey in Mexico.
Alex is an Investment Director at Kennet, responsible for sourcing and supporting technology companies across the UK and Europe. He works with and is a board observer at Nudge (financial well-being platform), Codility (platform for hiring software engineers at scale), Eloomi (LMS platform), Provar (SaaS platform for test automation and DevOps), and LoyaltyLion (customer loyalty SaaS platform). He is also on the board of RealityMine (SaaS platform for passive cross-media measurement) and Jiminny (sales intelligence platform).
Prior to working at Kennet, Alex worked at Silicon Valley Bank's London office in the debt team, providing financing to high-growth SaaS and fintech businesses across the UK, Europe, Israel, and the US.
Alex holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath (first-class honors).
Jonathan is responsible for finance, administration, and investor relations.
Before joining Kennet, he was the Finance Director at Manzanita Capital and prior to that he worked at Rothschild Capital Management. He began his career at PwC where he gained experience in both Tax and Private Equity deal structuring.
Jonathan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BA in Business Management from Newcastle University.

Prior to joining Kennet, Hillel was with ETV Capital, a provider of hybrid equity and debt capital to technology companies where he invested in numerous companies in Europe, Israel and the US. Earlier, Hillel worked as a Management Consultant at KPMG, and prior to that he gained operational experience at two growth stage technology companies.
Hillel is a CFA Charter holder. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Law from the University of South Africa, an Honours Degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Johannesburg.
Eric Filipek is US-Based Managing Director with 20 years of investment experience. Eric’s investment interest is in B2B SaaS with a particular emphasis on software companies that leverage AI to automate business processes along the customer lifecycle. Eric led the first institutional investments and is an active board member at Conversica (Building AI First augmented workforces), Impartner (Data-driven enterprise channel management) and SocialSurvey (Data-driven customer experience management). Eric led and exited investments in ThinkHR (Human Capital Management SaaS, acquired by Guidepost Growth Equity); KEMP Technologies (Software-based Application Distribution Controllers, acquired by Mill Point Capital); Recommind (AI First e-discovery software, acquired by OpenText); Schoolwires (K12 education SaaS, acquired by Blackboard); Netpro Computing (Systems management software, acquired by Quest Software); Consul Risk Management (Compliance software, acquired by IBM) and Aarohi (Storage semiconductors, acquired by Emulex).
Before joining Kennet, Eric was a Principal at Broadview, a leading mid-market M&A advisory firm, where is spent 6 years managing sell-side engagements for Founder-led technology companies. Prior to joining Broadview in 1994, Eric worked as a product marketing engineer at Intel Corporation. He has a BS degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
