Intelepeer was acquired by Peerless Network (Inc.) in November 2013.

Daptiv (fka eProject) is the leading provider of on-demand project and portfolio management (PPM) solutions to enterprises. Daptiv clients include more than 700 customers and 100,000 individuals at companies such as BASF, BP, Cushman and Wakefield, Chase Paymentech, Honeywell, Merrill Lynch, Sprint/Nextel. Daptiv was acquired by Changepoint, backed by Marlin Equity Partners, in 2014.

Kapow Technologies provides an on-demand application ‘mashup’ platform that powers enterprise solutions in reputation management, competitive intelligence, and content integration and migration at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. Kapow has more than 300 clients such as AT&T, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, CSFB, Intel, Vodafone, Audi, DHL and SimplyHired. The company was acquired by Kofax plc in July 2013.

Prolexic Technologies IT security provider of Cloud-based cyber defense solutions, such as distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) detection and mitigation, for the Federal Government and Global 2000 customers. The sale of Prolexic to Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ:AKAM) completed in February 2014.
